Reservations:

• In order to validate your reservation a fingerprint  credit card is required.

• The amount of the pre-authorization  (equal to 1 night) will not be charged.

On our Lo Componairo site;

• For  finalize your  ask the  payment of the entire stay will be required.

Changes to the reservation:

• You wish to modify this  reservation ? No worries, we  contact  only at 06 88 71 26 01  (emails or sms not accepted).

Payment methods :

•   Credit card (remotely or on site), cash,  bank transfer, ancv holiday vouchers.

• Bank checks are no longer accepted.

Cancellations:

• Seven days before your arrival date, the cancellation is  always free. 

• From 0 to 7 days before  the date of arrival the deposit  is debited.

• On demand  we can send you an invoice.

• In period of  confinement  the cancellation is totally  free.

Special offers:

• From 3 nights or 3 rooms you benefit from a 10% reduction (by keeping  during your stay the same room  and booking only at 06 88 71 26 01).

Arrival and departure times:

• Check in: From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Late arrival? It is important to contact us at: 06 88 71 26 01. Otherwise we will no longer be obliged to keep your room, your stay will be

canceled and the deposit debited.

• After 10 p.m. the registration service is no longer provided.

• Check out  ends at 11 a.m.

• Possibility of luggage storage.

• After 11 p.m., access to the private car park is closed.

Behaviours:

• We are waiting  that our hosts behave  with courtesy to other residents and staff.

• In case  behaviors  unacceptable  (state of intoxication for example) we reserve the right to shorten your stay and collect your deposit.

• Do not use the fireplaces, cook, eat in the bedrooms.

Pets:

• Due to the behavior of certain guests, we can no longer accept  pets.

• The rooms  and common areas are non-smoking (outdoor areas available for smoking).

Children are welcome.

Travel cot  /  Bed  folding.

Subject to availability.

In all rooms:

• Umbrella bed (from 0 to 3 years old) available free of charge.

• In the large Isabelle and Denise bedrooms:

• Folding bed  90x 180 (from 4 to 10 years old) with bed linen, breakfast, toiletry kit: 10 €
